Glute Bridge

A floor-based exercise that gently activates the glutes, which often go quiet during long sitting.

  2. Press through your heels and lift your hips gently off the floor.
  3. Squeeze your glutes at the top without arching your lower back.
  4. Lower slowly and with control.
  5. Repeat at an easy, steady pace.
